  • Our proven, full service leasing process for all properties:
    10% of the first month’s rent ($250 minimum) + MLS Realtor Referral Fee
  • Tenant Credit Check
  • Tenant Rental History Verification
  • Tenant Employment / Income Verification
  • Tenant Fraud Check/Criminal Background
  • Owner approval for tenants
  • Lease Agreement Preparation and Signing
  • Security Deposit Collection

We require a $250 reserve be maintained for emergencies and repairs. This can be collected at agreement signing or once the home is leased.
