Within the online application, you will be able to upload necessary information, such as copies of driver’s licenses, pay stubs, etc. These are essential in order to process your application in a timely fashion and avoid delays. We are unable to process your application without this information. If you are unable to upload these within the rental application, you may also click Rental Application Upload to attach this information in various formats (pdf, gif, jpg, jpeg). We prefer, however, that you upload the information within the rental application.
One of the biggest delays when processing a rental application is obtaining verification of rental history from a current or past landlord. Many times we do not receive communication back from them, delaying the processing of your rental application. Please communicate with your current and past landlords that you specified within the rental application to make sure they respond quickly to our inquiry.
