Patty Annis – Sales Division Manager

Patty Annis moved to Las Vegas with her family in October of 1984. Home ownership had always been their dream while living in base housing at Eielson AFB, Tyndal AFB and Nellis Air Force Base. That dream was able to become a reality with the help of a local real estate agent, Nancy Storey, who encouraged Patty to begin her real estate career.

Patty obtained her Nevada real estate license in March of 1985. Over the span of her 31+ years she has been a Salesperson, and a Broker-Salesperson, and a Corporate Broker working in and branch managing at some of the top firms in our Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS*. Americana Group REALTORS* Better Homes and Gardens, Merit Realty, Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace, Prudential Americana Group REALTORS*, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, and finally joining long time friends and colleagues Steve Nicklin and Ginger Bybee at Nicklin Property Management and Investments Inc.

Her high level of real estate experience and her high quality of customer service are the cornerstones to her successful career. She has mentored and trained and managed hundreds of real estate agents to their own successful careers. And believing in abundance rather than scarcity Patty also volunteered her time for years serving GLVAR on the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. She was also on the Professional Standards Committee for the State of Nevada Association of REALTORS*
