Dear Resident: The time has come for us to complete your annual property evaluation. This in-person walk through of the property is mandatory per your lease agreement and allows us to view the condition of the property and get ahead of any maintenance issues.
Please review the following:
Changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment you choose and must be completed through the scheduling program. While the system is set to generate a reminder ahead of the appointment, it is your responsibility to be present (or have an authorized individual 18 years of age or older present) for the appointment whether a reminder is sent or not.
Per the lease agreement, page 2, Entry and Inspection, paragraph C:
“Tenant shall be charged a Seventy-Five ($75.00) Dollar fee in addition to a normal hourly rate of $35.00 for any missed appointment, canceling/rescheduling an appointment with less than one (1) business days notice, or if there is a need to re-evaluate the Premises. Failure to schedule a property condition evaluation within thirty (30) days of request will result in a $100 increase in Base Rent which will be considered a part of the Total Rent due on the first of the next calendar month.”
