Moving Forward in 2022
We’re making continued improvements to enhance your management experience
Property evaluations or inspections are key to knowing how your property is being taken care off. It also helps you get ahead of necessary maintenance before it becomes costly. In view of the continued COVID pandemic, we created online based, detailed property inspection reports that allow tenants to provide photographs, carpet cleaning invoices and property notations in order to evaluate the property when access was especially limited until recent months. These inspections were instrumental to continue effective management, renew leases and coordinate maintenance. What’s in-store for 2022? Though these inspections already document the property thoroughly, they will become even more comprehensive to provide more details and documentation, giving you more confidence and peace of mind with your property.

Yet despite these changes, Nicklin has continued a proactive approach in managing rental properties. How will 2022 be affected?
