“I have been renting my unit for a little over a year now through Nicklin Property Management. I had been renting my unit out on my own previously and it was a major headache having to get vendors out to fix certain things inside and outside of the property. I was also always worried that my old tenants would flake on me at any time so I decided to just get a property management company to make things easier for me. After researching for a few months I decided to go with Nicklin and it has been such a convenience. Its so easy to get ahold of my agents there. Mary Hunt and Maria Hale are always so helpful and responsive. I also never have to communicate with the HOA (which is blessing in itself) for my property and they hire vendors on my behalf with my permission so they have made everything so easy and smooth. I really wish I would have hired them a lot sooner though. It would’ve saved me a lot of headaches.”
