Steve Nicklin brings over 35 years of experience to his namesake company. A native of Southern California, Steve relocated to Las Vegas some 40 years ago and has since established himself as an awarded and respected real estate broker in the Las Vegas community. Steve supports various causes around the Las Vegas area, including a number of little leagues and United Way in partnership with NV Energy. He leads the Nicklin real estate management team.

Michelle brings over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, many of those years with Nicklin. Currently, she oversees the day to day operation of the company while assisting new clients and investors with their property management needs. She is a licensed Broker-Salesperson. Michelle moved to Las Vegas from Southern California and attended the International Air and Hospitality Academy.

Adrian is a native of New York, attended UNLV and continues to be an instrumental part of the Nicklin team.

Roberta joined Nicklin Property Management over 10 years ago as a maintenance coordinator, assisting both owners and tenants with routine and un-foreseen maintenance repairs. With her years of experience, she is able to troubleshoot repairs to determine if it can be easily resolved and assists clients of Nicklin Property Management with warranty and insurance claims. She is a go to team member who is able to use her experience to save our clients money.
